| Our beautiful
ranch is located on Wheeler Canyon Rd. in Santa Paula, California.
The ranch is 120 acres of the most gorgeous rolling hills, mountain
and ocean views. We have a great climate to train and raise
horses and cattle with the ocean only 10 miles away. On summer
days a nice cool ocean breeze keeps the animals cool, like a natural
air conditioner and provides a superb setting for outstanding
performance horse training and breeding operation. The arena's, feed lot and horse facilities are located on level ground and surrounded by mountains on both sides of the canyon. A year round creek also flows thru the ranch. Cattle graze on the flat lands that are farmed with oat hay in the spring and then graze the east side of the ranch on the hills that are covered with oak trees. |

| The Barn | |
|
The Barn consists of 16 12' x 12' full walled stalls with grilled fronts, feeder doors and sliding doors in the front and rear of each stall, wall to wall rubber mats, feeders and automatic waters. Each stall has a 12' x 24' run off the back of each stall. The runs are 5' 6" tall and constructed with 2 7/8" oil well pipe with decomposed granite footing. The raised center isle is 16' wide and has great ventilation in the summer and stays warm in the winter. There are two additional stalls with 12' x 12' covers constructed of oil well pipe with decomposed granite footing. Customers will enjoy the huge 12' x 24' tack room with windows, saddle racks and plenty of storage and includes a refrigerator. |

At the present time we have 3 arenas on the ranch and 2 more under construction. 150' Round Cutting Pen. This arena is constructed of oil well pipe with 5'6" solid walls and has a feed lot surrounding the round pen for easy access to the cattle. All arenas have 6" of sand on a clay base for excellent footing and drainage. 135' x 135' square arena located in front of the barn. This arena has a motorized remote control mechanical cow attached to the arena. This arena has a 4' foot fence and does not have solid walls. This arena also has 6" of sand on a clay base. 40' Bull Pen with 8' slanted solid walls. The bull pen is located directly south of the horse barn and also has 6" of sand. The ranch has a water truck and all arenas are watered daily and groomed for a dust free environment with excellent footing for training and conditioning horses. | The Trails | |

Our trails thru the ranch offer some of the most amazing views in Southern California. From ocean views to views of the snow covered peaks of the Topa Topa mountain range, to views of the city of Santa Paula to Oxnard. The trails are well manicured and are 10 foot wide for safe riding. The main trail encircles the entire east side of the ranch for a 3 mile ride. The elevation starts at 724' and gradually climbs over 1500'. Wild life is abundant, on any day you could see a herd of white tail deer, wild boars, wild turkey and coyotes. A year round creek boarders the west and south side of the ranch. |

| The Lower Ranch Arenas | |

Construction has started on the lower ranch. The 150' x 150' square cutting arena is a work of art. The arena is constructed of 2 7/8" oil well pipe and is 6' tall with 2" x 12" solid walls 5' tall. A 12' alleyway encircles the entire arena with holding pens at all four gates entering the arena. The south end of the arena will have a complete cattle handling facility with alley ways, sorting pens, squeeze chute and loading ramp for semi trucks. 8" of sand will cover the arena floor with a clay base and 4" of compacted sand over the clay base. The north end of the arena will have a feedlot that can handle over 200 head of cattle. Construction of a 175' x 300' arena will start mid year 2007. This arena can be used for roping, team penning, barrel racing, reining, reined cow horses and reining horses. |
| The Lower Ranch Horse Facilities | |

The horse facility on the lower ranch will include 7 duplexes which are being built at this time. Each duplex will include two stalls which are 16'x24' fully covered stalls with 5' stud wire encompassing the entire stall and a 6' tall stud wire fence between the horses. The stall floors will have 8" of compacted base with perforated rubber stall mats and 2" of decomposed granite covering the stall mats to allow for great drainage and odor free stalls. A 20 stall horse barn will be built in the spring of 2008. This barn will consist of 20 12'x16' stalls with completely covered 16'x16' runs, two indoor wash racks will have hot and cold running water, two tack rooms and a huge 12'x44' porch looking over the 175'x300' arena. Video cameras will be installed for 24 hour monitoring and for foaling. Irrigated Bermuda grass pastures will be abundant on the lower ranch. These pastures will be built of oil well pipe and v-mesh wire with no contiguous fences. The pastures will house weanlings, yearlings, mares, broodmares and be used for turnouts. |
