We maintain a healthy, clean, safe environment and top quality feed. Our barn has a 16 foot raised center alley way for premium ventilation all year round. All of our horses have their own stalls and runs, clean automatic waters, rubberized mats inside and decomposed granite outside for excellent year round footing. All stalls, runs and outside pens are cleaned daily. In our outside pens we provide fresh water daily and each pen has a top of the line corner feeder. We provide salt blocks for all the horses and can provide any additional care that your horse may require. We have a consistent deworming program and all vaccinations are kept up to date. In addition to our barn, we have two sand riding arenas which are watered and maintained daily for optimum footing and a dust free environment. We also have a forty foot bull pen, wash rack and a 12 X 24 tack room with a refrigerator and a foaling stall with 24 hour camera monitoring. We have a great atmosphere at our ranch, lots of fresh air and miles of groomed trails and gorgeous views throughout the mountains behind the ranch which boast an ocean view at the very top.
